Does anyone know the use of TRAP Card on UNO Over the Hedge Special Edition Card Game?

Lost the Rules for our Over the Buy Generic Drugs Hedge Edition of UNO. Have an EXCLUSIVE TRAP Card with a picture of the Evil Verm Tech Guy. We don’t remember what the card does in game play.
