i get a good picture but the colour is green

my connection is through a gamexpert cooler king using the VGA out the back

i just plug the monitor cable directly into the coolerking
theres nothing wrong with my cheap pills online without prescription monitor because i tested it on another LCD VGA Monitor and it is still green

someone please help me this is really irritatin if you need more details then please say
