How would I, a citizen of the united states, go on to study abroad in Costa Rica?

I want to stay 1 semester in Costa Rica abroad. I am turning 16 in one month, and have a uncle in Costa rica. I plan to live with him whist i am there. How do I enroll in a school? What should I do first?
